Hello

Thanks for posting your query.

I reviewed the pictures.

But I am sorry i couldn't appreciate any black spots.

Could you resend the pics.

Also i would like to know if you had an unprotected sexual encounter after which these spots came up?

We need to keep the possibility of genital warts in mind.

Thanks

Hello Doctor iam sending pictures again.Black spots means the skin on penis looks different and black on some part only. I never had sexual encounter with any one, before or after that spots. I am unmarried. THANK YOU.

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

This seems to be tinea which is a fungal infection of the skin.

I would recommend application of terbinafine cream twice daily for 3 weeks.

In case of itching you can take an anti histamine like tab. Levocet 5 mg once at night.

Take care

Good morning Doctor
I told that i have Folliculitis on head does this have any relation with this tinea infection or viceversa?
Why this infection occured?
Any precautions to take care?
Thank you for your prescription...

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

Folliculitis on the head have no relation with the tinea. Tinea occurs due to conditions of heat and humidity.

Its best to wear loose fitting cotton clothing and bathe twice daily.

Take care
