Resolved question:
I noticed a small bump on elbow and it raised and had tiny bit of puss. Maybe spider bite? This morning burning feeling on skin above and below elbow but no bruising. Arm is getting painful? thoughts?

Thank you for responding. Arm is very heavy and feels like thumb is pressing on inside of upper arm. I can't upload picture right now unless you can give me email address (I can take it and send it via email from a phone). bump is hot and raised

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having a furuncle which is turning into an abscess and the surrounding area has cellulitis. It's a bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue.
I would recommend that you immediately start taking an oral antibiotic like azithromycin. You will need a prescription for it. Application of mupirocin cream will be helpful. In case of pain, painkillers like paracetamol will help in controlling pain and will reduce the inflammation.
This condition needs urgent treatment. It will resolve with proper treatment.
