Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com. I have read your question with diligence.

Here are answers for your queries-

1.There are various reasons for infection in a bone there may be one or more of the following-

-The immunity of the affected person may be low.

-The virulence or disease causing power of the infecting organism or bacteria may be high like in recent days some bacteria known as super bug are ineffective from effect of common medicines.

-Affected person may be nutritionally deficient ,may have lack of nutrient or may be anemic.

All these things can be better diagnosed by your doctor. There are other various reasons details of which can not be given in this short space. You may discuss this with your consultant.

2.There is connection between hip with leg by planes between soft tissues. If a part of infecting organism had spreaded through blood to leg then it may lea to infection or pus in leg.

3.Presence of tuberculosis can be confirmed by some blood test & culture of the pus. There is blood test known as gold test for tuberculosis or bactec. This can give good information about TB.

4.To prevent further spread, please keep your self fit.Get yourself completely examined by blood tests .If there is any deficiency or blood abnormality ,then it should be corrected at earliest.Do exercises, eat healthy.

5.You should have leg operation if there is pus.The only treatment of pus is to get it evacuated out of body.

6.After correctly done surgery there should be no other major effects for evacuation of pus. There can be presence of scar mark over affected part.Which will probably fade away with time.

Hope this all will help you. Please feel free to discuss further.

With best wishes.
