Is abnormal bleeding sideeffect of MONOFEME?

Resolved question:
Hi, I'm currently on Monofeme for 1.5 months now. But previous to this, I've been on it for 1 month. So I've had a break for 2 months. My problem is that, I'm having vaginal bleeding at the moment and it has been going on for 5 days, but I've never taken the red pills before. I've only been on the white pills. I'm worried that my abnormal bleeding is a big problem and I need to know why I'm bleeding, and if the pills are still active.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to DoctorSpring.com with your health concern.
When you are on the red pills ( they are inactive ones ), you are supposed to have your period.
So it is not an abnormal bleeding. And as long as you continue and are regular with the pills, you are protected.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
