I am currently feeding my 8 week old daughter Novolac IT1. Is that the best formula available? I was feeding her similac Eye q plus before but because of irregular bowel motion Novolac was prescribed. In the list of ingredients, I did not find DHA & AA in Novolac. Isnt that important? Do let me know which is the best formula available as I have low milk supply.

I can understand your concern.
This seems to be yeast infection. The other differential diagnosis would be plasma cell balanitis which would present similarly. I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream twice a day for a week. In case the lesions don't start improving with that , it would be best to visit your dermatologist for an evaluation.
