Hi,

I'm a 26 year old male who has suffered with health anxiety as well as other anxiety and depression issues for years.

In June I noticed I would scuff my foot at least once a day. I went to the drs worried about the possibility of foot drop and MS/ALS, only for them to do neurological exams and say there was no weakness or anything present. Since then the worry has not gone away and I find myself still to this day thinkikng about every step I am taking, worried that I might do it again.

I've had an MRI of my brain, for which I'm still awaiting the results, and an EMG in August which was normal, and the Dr carrying out the test said I didn't have ALS because there were no fasiculations present. My worry now is that I have begun twitching all over in the past week (a few times a minute if I think about them, mostly in both legs, but i've also had them in my cheek, back, arms, everywhere.

Should I be concerned and ask for another EMG? I'm worried sick I have ALS
