Is pregnancy possible by wiping vagina with tissue having sperms?

Resolved question:
Asking for my cousin. She is 3 months pregnant and she was trying to conceive with her husband.Although she recalls going to the toilet at her work where both males and females use the same loo. She has told me around the time she was ovulating when she went to the toilet at work that there was fluid in the seat and got on her thigh and she said she wiped with toilet tissue and with the same one with out thinking wiped herself with that same tissue. If this fluid was sperm%2C and a guy was in there before her%2C could pregnancy be possible%3F She%27s scared its someonelses baby

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
There is no way she can be pregnant from wiping tissue paper in the vagina even if it had semen on it.
For pregnancy to occur, intercourse is mandatory with seminal emission inside the vagina.
So the baby is her husband's.
Please ask her not to worry.
Regards.

Thanks for your reply. Even if there was fresh sperm on the toilet paper, would that cause a concern?

Hello,
Yes, even if there was fresh semen it won't cause pregnancy for sure.
Please do not worry.
Regards.
