I am 32 year old male. I daily travel 42 km by two wheeler. I had following medical condition when I started this new job which requires me to travel daily 42 km. I am having itching while I urinate. This is happening for arournd 3 months. Itching does not occur regularly. I have shown to 3 MD urologists in pune. I have also done sonography, urine test multiple times. doc says nothing in kidney or bladder. no ulser in bladder. he has given me one table to eat daily for one month at night. tablet name is veltam 0.4.
I see some small red bubbles at the top of my penis. also my penis tip shows some black color. pls advice. is this due to fatigue of travelling or heat.

You seem to be having infection and it is unrelated to your travelling.
You start yourself on t. Forcan 200 mg once daily for 5 days and apply onabet cream twice daily for 3 weeks and your symptoms shall disappear.
