Hi, today morning i noticed white dots on my scrotum. The dots look to be a little like white paint. It was initially itching but now it has stopped. I have been living in a remote area for the last few days and have thus been unable to have a bath or change my underwear for a few days. Thanks a lot for the help!

I understand your concern.
Since you could not take a bath, and change underwear due to constant sweating, it led to fungal infection. The white dots are typical of that.
You need to take Tab. Fluconazole 150 mg one single dose, and if it still does not resolve, then you can apply Candid B ointment on the spots 2-3 times daily.
