Resolved question:
I had a hysterectomy 18 mths ago , due to adenomyosis and a sharp spiking in ca125 . Now I'm in constant pain with haemorrhagic cysts and one large cyst has septations debris and irregular borders with an enlarged ovary . I have a feeling of pressure and pain 24/24
Should I consent to surgery

Yes, with a large cyst that is complex ( septations, debris ) and plus the incessant pain, removal is mandated.

Compared to the earlier scan done in August, the ovarian size has increased, plus the determining factor is your quite significant amount of pain.
Yes, a removal would be in order.
