Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Vaccination depends on a lot on one's environmental and personal needs. Before I guide you on the vaccines that you may need, I would need to know your place of residence, medical history (in short), chosen profession, anticipated travel plans and history of sexual contact (if any).
Based on the above information, one's vaccination needs may vary. We ll have to formulate a plan for you taking into account these factors.

Hello.
The place of residence (Mumbai, India) exposes you to a particular set of infectious agents and micro-organisms that you need to be protected against. Your basic vaccination (attached record) covers most of the childhood diseases that are prevalent in our country. As an adult, our immune system is ready to fight/ defend itself against millions of disease pathogens.
However, the following vaccines may safeguard you against important diseases (in our settings):
1. You need a Td (Tetanus/diphtheria) booster every ten years old patientto keep you protected against these two deadly diseases still prevalent in India
2. If you have not had Chicken pox yet, 2 doses of VARICELLA vaccine (6 months apart) can protect you for the rest of your life - Go ahead and get yourself shots of Varicella if you have not got the disease yet.
3. Get HEPATITIS B vaccine ( 3 doses) and Hep A vaccine (2 doses) - your card does not show any documentation of hepatitis vaccines
4. Get a shot of MMR(1-2 doses). MMR is especially important in women to protect their future offsprings. (I am assuming that 'Ameya' is a girl's name as the consultation does not specifically state your gender)
5. If there is no prior sexual exposure, girls can consider getting HPV vaccine that protects them from Cervical cancer in future. Though the protection is life long, it is not 100% and there is currently a controversy regarding its actual benefit in view of its cost.
Revert to me in case if you have further queries.
Regards.
