Low blood pressure and low heart rate

Resolved question:
My mother in law is 77 (78 in April). She has recently spent 2 weeks in hospital. She was a smoker and now has to be on oxygen all the time at home. She also uses a ventalator? a couple times a day to take ventalin. While she was in the hospital, they sent her for an ultrasound on her heart because her heartbeat was irregular. She was put on Bisoprolol, Diitiazem and Priniuil. She also takes medication for her thyroid. The day before she was released from the hospital, her bloodpressure fell to 78/48. Then it was 77/51 that evening. She was released the next day and I asked her what the doctor said about it being low. She told me he told her to just take it easy. She has been home since Tuesday. I took her blood pressure yesterday and it was 77/48 with a pulse of 45. Today when I took it, it was 77/44 with a pulse of 45. She said she is dizzy and that she asked her son to turn up her flow of oxygen. She has never had high or low blood pressure. It has alway been in the mid normal range. Should she be going back to the doctor about her low readings?

Hello
Thank you for your query at doctorspring.com
From the history that you give she seems to be suffering from copd with atrial fibrillation. It would be greatly beneficial if you could upload documents related to medical advice and investigation.
As of now she seems to have drug induced hypotension and bradycardia. I am not aware what dose of each of the medication she is currently taking.
But if she really has copd which requires her to take oxygen therapy then she shouldn't be on bisoprolol. Also she is suffering from hypotension and bradycardia so bisoprolol should be stopped.
If the bp doesn't rise above 100/60 and pulse ratw to 60 then even diltiazem should be stopped.
However I would like to go through her medical records for a complete management advice
