Feeling like something's there in abdomen without pain.

Hello, my names Mirza and I'm a 26 year old male, 200lbs and a weight lifter. Today I've had the weirdest feeling in my upper ab area, almost feels like something's in there, doesn't hurt or anything, but it doesn't feel like a pulled muscle either. Not too sure what it is, was wondering if anyone on here knew anything that sounds familiar to what I'm describing. Just a weird uncomfortable feeling in my right hand upper abdominal area.

Since you're a weight lifter, it must be a pulled muscle, I understand you said it doesn't feel like that, but it is the most likely possibility. Weight lifting puts a lot of pressure on the abdominal muscles and sometimes they can just go very numb and you may feel weak because of the same.
You need to just take a couple of days off and see if the symptoms subside. If it doesn't you can get back to me, and I can ask you to get a few investigations done.
