Hi,
Welcome to DoctorSpring.

Let me know the associated details along with mentioned.
Do you have acidic belching/ constipation/ diarrhea/ fever/ urinary problems?
Do you have some sort of stress or puzzled mind?
Do you have decreased interest in living/ depressed mood with decreased sleep?
Do you have any past history of back injury?

My answer may be tweaked with above described queries, yet with the available described
details it can be concluded that there could be possibility of fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue
syndrome.
Presence of multiple vague weird symptoms with abdominal symptoms suggest the diagnosis.

Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome could be associated with generalized body ache,
gastrointestinal symptoms, urinary symptoms with fatigue, weakness.

You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ rheumatologist and should go for
thorough check up.
You should also go for a chain of investigations: complete blood count, blood sugar, thyroid
profile, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, renal function test, urine routine microscopy, c
reactive protein, and liver function test.

Diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome is a made by exclusion of relevant
disease in above described investigation i.e. presence of all normal investigations favors
presence of Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Treatment depends on exact diagnosis.
You should take pregabalin, methylcobalamin, and tricyclic antidepressants under guidance of
your treating doctor.
Treatment of chronic fatigue disorders may require consultation with psychiatrist.
Keep your life active as pathophysiology of these disease may create a vicious cycle and
recovery may be delayed.

Take care,
Let me know your other queries.
