Lump on breast, hurts on pressure. Treatment.

Resolved question:
I have a lump on my right boob that I just noticed today. The area by the lump is red and it hurts when I put pressure on it. Just standing it feels slightly weird but not painful. I have not breastfed in 2 years so I'm sure its not due to breastfeeding. It is christmas eve, no doctors office is open, I have family in town and I am leaving to go out of town in a few days for a week. Is this something that needs to be seen, and if so, how long can it wait?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
No mere fingering or licking is not enough to spread HIV. The kind of exposure you had, has no chance of spreading HIV. However other STIs like HSV-2 can be spread via oral sex.
Please do not worry about HIV.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Thanks for the reply doctor.
I didnt had any oral or vaginal sex with them, though they licked and fingered me deep, both on my genital part and breast. I hold the penis and had some semen on my hands, otherwise no other fluid has entered my body. but is there a chance of any infection through saliva as i had open mouth kiss.
Is there any chance of HIV if these people are also not infected at all? i mean, they also had "this" kind of activity and no sex with any other girl but only with me?
this has happened a year back and now for few months, my immunity is low and im falling sich very often and has now few nodules formed in my throat, thats why i'm doubtful. is there any chance for me to be infected?
kindly clarify doctor.

Hello,
Since you did not have any vaginal intercourse chances of HIV are completely negated.
And no saliva can't spread HIV. The only infection that can be spread through kissing when it comes to STIs is HSV-1 infection.
There is no chance of you having HIV from the encounter you had.
Regarding your low immunity, you should start taking some multivitamin-antioxidant supplements and that will help you in combating future infections.
Please do not worry.
Regards.
