I have a lump on my testacle that's small I can get my fingers around it and pull it off almost like its attached to a cord are something it feels like grissle could this be cancer I'm really nervous

Epididymal cyst is an outpouching within the epididymis and is collection of seminal fluid. The cyst is non cancerous and needs no treatment.
