Resolved question:
I moved into a new apartment and I saw 2-3 red rashes on my hand after 2 days. Since then I have been getting more rashes on my hand, elbow, feet and back area. They are itchy. Some of them are going away by themselves but new ones are appearing everyday.

Thanks for your answer. I have not noticed any insects in my apartment yet. Today morning I noticed some rashes are getting better but some new big rashes on arm. I was worried if i had caught scabies or something. I have attached picture. Please suggest.

This is surely not scabies. It looks like insect bite reaction.
An insect bite reaction occurs when there is a bite but the body reacts to it due to hypersensitivity reaction, all the lesions are due to a reaction. The bite might have been just a single episode.
You can take an anti allergic medication like loratidine to help with any itching and also to control the reaction itself.
