Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms. You would require detailed neurological evaluation to ascertain the cause.
First of all, a clinical examination is needed to look for any focal neurological deficits.
Then, depending on the findings, an MRI scan of brain and spine may bE needed. Additional tests may include thyroid profile, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels.
The possible causes to look for are- migraine, ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain), multiple sclerosis and slipped discs with pinching of nerves in the neck region.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology)
