Hello. Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
I have gone through all your reports with diligence. All your reports are normal except for the following :
1) Leukopenia ( LOW wbcs )
2) Low testosterone level
3) Low Vitamin D levels.
Apart from these, all the other reports are very good and encouraging. Can you please elaborate why you got these tests done? Was it just routine or you had any symptoms?
I can assist you further once you give me more history,
Regards

Thank you Doctor for you reply
It is a routine check up.
Low WBCS is it related to HIV because I had masturbation (Hand job) by masseur one mounth ago
I have done a 4th generation (Combo) in week 4 and it is a negative result.
Do you advice to repeat the CBC test ?

Thank you for writing to us again.
No low wbcs don't indicate HIV. That only happens years after getting hiv when slowly your immune system gets involved. Firstly just a handjob can never transmit HIV. So please do not be unnecessarily worried.
Also since 4th generation is negative, it is 95 % sensitive and hence HIV is ruled out in your case. Please relax. All your reports are fine.

I have a exfoliation of skin between the thigh and penis due to weather humidity. Is this related to WBCS ?
Thank you

Expert:  Dr. Jaydeep Tripathy replied 2 Days.

Hello. Thank you for writing to us again.
No that is in no way related to wbcs. WBCS or white blood cells form a part of defence mechanism in our body. Whenever we get infected, wbcs rush to the infection site and fight it off. That is all they do.
The exfoliation can be due to skin dryness and can indicate vitamin deficiency. I will advise you to take some OTC multivitamin supplement available locally, once daily for 1 month.
