The ECG shows 0.5 ml ST segment elevation inferior leads it could be a normal variant or it could signify angina and myocardial infarction in the face of ongoing chest pain. l would suggest a repeat ECG after 4 to 6 hours of the initial ECG along with a Trop I test. Further details would be appreciated regarding the nature of chest pain the duration, exaggerating and relieving factors age and gender of the patient.

Patient replied :

TOP I Value .46 . TOP T weakly positive.
Attaching 2 more ECG one after 18 hours second after 42 hours. Female patient Age 46 Years.
Patient also taking norehistrone. Patient was given Loading dose of Clopidagrel and Aspirin.
Pain was in left hand Chest and Back, Pain was continuing for last two three days. than suddenly was severe., Aptient had suffered emotional stress as her fathe expired 12 days back.
Pls advcie whether angiograhy is adviced or patient should be put on orals.
As of now patient taking atorvastatin 20 mg aspirin 75 and clopidagrel 75 mg.

Ecg shows some changes. Only one ecg is available in your attachments. Trop I positive means there is some heart damage. It could be an acute coronary syndrome. A coronary angiography is definitely warranted.
