Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
The good thing is that you have taken Oraquick at periodic intervals, and the fact that it is negative even after such a long duration from the exposure rules out HIV completely. So please do not worry about HIV anymore.
Now the exposure was in February. Since you did not develop any discharge, or rash, or sores, all other STDs such as Herpes, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, e.t.c are also ruled out.
Sometimes anxiety about STDs can also lead to such a feeling. Is it possible that you have been axious of late?
Also do you have any burning micturition? Or any increase in the frequency of urination? Does it happen through out the day? Any aggravating or relieving factor?
Kindly reply and i will get back to you,

Thanks for your answer a really big relief. I have no burning sensations when urinating.
Going to the restroom is normal. The feeling is through out the day at times. I don't feel
anything when I'm asleep, sleeping is good. I feel better when I shower and lotion my skin
but the feeling always come back. I notice my skin feels sticky at time also.

If you do not have any burning sensation while urinating, it rukes out UTI.
I will still advise you to get a urine routine done since sometines the UTIs can be asymptomatic.
Apart from that if the symptoms persist, then you may need a trans vaginal ultrasound to find out if there is any local pathology. You will need a gynaec opinion for that.
But once again i reassure you, it is not due to any STD.
Let me know if i can help you further,
Regards.

Thanks again. I'm sorry, I didn't tell you my gender and age. I'm a 43 year old
man. Why, my skin feels sticky at times?

Hello,
I am extremely sorry for the last reply then.
Can you kindly tell me, if you are referring to the penile skin? Or glans to be precise?
Or you're referring to the skin in general?
Regards.
