Obese with dull fleeting chest pains

Resolved question:
Hello. I am a 26 year old female. I am obese. I have a history of anxiety, sleep anxiety, and panic attacks. Because of this it's hard for me to exercise, as the feeling of my own heart beating during exercise triggers anxiety and sometimes panic attacks. Going on long walks will make me feel tight in my chest, and I am not sure if it's because I'm out of shape or also factors in with my anxiety.

Recently I just have not been feeling very well. I have dull fleeting chest pains, as well as a sharper pain near my left shoulder blade that is also fleeting. Fleeting pains also happen in my arms and head. But it's more bothersome in my chest and back. This has been going on for maybe two weeks. Several thoughts go through my head as to what might be wrong with me, heart disease, or high blood pressure... But I don't know.

While I'm here, I should also ask this: Is it safe to take One a Day Womans, with Fish Oil pills and a Skin/Hair/Nails supplement together? My mother passed because she took two prescription medications that did not go well together and now I'm paranoid about taking medications/supplements together.

I will be happy to give additional details if asked.
