Could you please make your query clear ? Are you asking whether you can take diprospan shot for an allergy caused by Prevpac or Are you asking whether it is safe to take a diprospan shot when taking Prevpac ?

Anyway if the query is the later one, there is no contraindication on taking diprospan shot while on Prevpac. However Diprospan is not the first line treatment option for an allergic reaction. You can take it if prescribed and recommended by your Doctor.
