Hello,

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

The heavier menstrual bleeding should be investigated.
It could be due to fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia ( thickening of
the lining of the uterus ).
Polycystic ovaries can cause such a picture , strongly associated with obesity.
The pain and numbness can be due to calcium and vitamin deficiency.
Please drink lots of water and take a multivitamin supplement.
ALso, have an evaluation just in case, for the menstrual issue as well
as the tingling and numbness.
You would have to see an OB - GYN and a Neurologist separately.
Work at weight reduction meanwhile.

All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards.
