Painful wrinked skin of penis and scrotum with fever

Resolved question:
Hi doctor. I have pain on my penis skin and it hurts to masturbate or touch it. I also feel pain on my testicles skin and both are kinda wrinkled, get red and itchy sometimes, but it doesn't hurt to urinate. My semen now is really sticky and it becomes cheesy and sticky after a while. However, it feels that the skin doesn't have good elasticity, it smells a little bit and it feels just weird. I was sick for 15-20 days with a tonsillitis and stomatitis, both of which were painful and i couldn't eat. i had 39 temperature for some days (celcius) and now after going through that illness my temperature doesn't drop below 37. last night it was 37.3. before that it was 36.6 normally. I also have some sores on my feet and it hurts to walk sometimes. I feel like my penis was healthy and now it is not. Also I get a red face and red ears really easily in general, but now it feels even worse. that all happened after i had unpotected sex with a girl and i am kinda scared it might be something serious. I noticed after that her vagina kinda felt like the way my penis feels. kinda dirty, and wrinkled. i am not sure though. please help me

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern.

From the history you provided, it seems that you may be having the redness on penis and scrotum either due to an allergy or friction or maybe due to infection of the skin.

I would recommend that you apply neosporin cream and cortisone cream twice a day for five days.

I would recommend that you visit your doctor who can keep a check on your temperature and also order for a few routine blood tests to rule out any infection in the body. That would give a fair idea if why you would get raised temperature.

From your description of the redness on tyre penis, it doesn't seem to be any std etc. but it would be better to rule out the cause of raised temperature.

Also the sores on your feet need to be investigated further, as to the cause of it and how many of them and how deep.

Meanwhile you can take tablet paracetamol twice a day for the raised temperature for two to three days.

Hope my suggestions are helpful to you. Please feel free to discuss further.

Take care.
