Papules with small buds in penis. GENITAL WARTS?

Resolved question:
Hi Doctor,
My wife has a genital warts in her vagina since last 4 months, we checked with Skin Specialist and she had asked her to take HBSAg ELSA, VDRL and HIV test and everything is negative. the doctor gave her Flonida 1% cream and she is applying it every alternative days for 2-3 hrs before sleep. But even after 4 months, warts have not completely gone.

I have also done the below test and results are normal.

1. Herpes simplex virus 1& 2 IGG and IGM

2. HBSAg Rapid

3. VDRL RPR

4. HIV 1 and 2

Although I don't see any symptoms in me, since last 4 months - in my pennis inside layer, I can see small buds like formation. though it looks like penile papules.. my question is it :

is it a papule or wart.

Have attached the pic.

Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I can understand your concern.

The picture that you have sent is not very clear. It looks like pearly penile papules but I still need a clearer picture to confirm it.

I recommend your wife can try Aldara cream , that's very effective for genital warts.

Please upload a clearer picture if possible,
Regards.

Hi Doctor,
As Mentioned, My wife is using flonida 1% since last 4 months and there has been no difference. Can she stop that and start Aldara Cream?? Will there be any Side Effects?
Also, a Local Dermotoligist suggested to remove via Laser/Burn out the warts... Is this process a Safe? and will it cause any Side effects.
Can u pls suggest a good medicine for my pennile papules.

Hello
Thanks for your reply.
Your wife can stop the flonida cream and start Aldara cream. There are no side effects of it.
Burning out / laser would be a good method to treat the warts. Its completely safe and effective treatment.
Pearly penile papules are usually treated by burning them out. But the treatment is not alwyas effective and may not cause complete clearance.
However i am still awaiting a clearer picture from you confirm the diagnosis of pearly penile papules or warts.
Regards.
