They have been around for a year..i have been having unprotected sexual intercourse. They are not itchy and painful

This is molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection, spread during sexual intercourse.
These are too big, and Aldara cream won't be effective.
I will recommend you visit your dermatologist and get it removed surgically.
