I have a few bumps on the underside of my penis. They are clustered together. I tried to pop them but nothing came out. I am trying to determine if they are genital warts or pearly penile papules. They do not itch or bother me at all. But I was wondering what they could be because I did have unprotected sex 6 months ago.

These are genital warts, it's a viral infection transmitted by an unprotected sexual intercourse.
