Hello and thankyou for approaching DoctorSpring with your query.
From what you have explained you probably have a peptic ulcer problem. (with possible GERD component )

It is a common finding in individuals and can be treated well.
I will advise you take the OTC drug Prilosec, one per day for 14 days half an hour before a meal.
This will cause your symptoms to clear.

However you will have to take care of your lifestyle and if required make a few lifestyle changes in order to prevent it from repeating.
1) Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption and carbonated drinks or excessive caffeine
2) Avoid spicy food, deep fried food
3)Avoid foods that cause a lot of gas such as peas, lentils beans, potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, bananas, apricots prunes.
4) Try and notice which food could be causing the excess gas production in your system and avoid it.
5) Avoid staying hungry, make sure you eat and maintain a regular eating cycle. Try and have an early dinner.
6) Avoid eating fast, as you end up swallowing more air
4) Avoid lying flat soon after a meal.
5) Head elevation of the bed will help, by putting few blocks under the bed legs at the head end.
6) If you are obese, try to exercise and reduce weight.

However inspite of all of the above , if the the pain and excessive burping persists for a month with no improvement, or you have frequent nausea or stomach pain, I would suggest that you visit a gastroentrologist for further examination.

I hope this has helped.
Feel free to ask followups
Thank you

but i feel heaviness on my chest .. but for night i burp alot sometimes i can not sleep .. and my weight is not much.. my weight is 61 kg

Hello,
Since you have mentioned that you burp a lot it is likely that you pain is related to gastric cause.
But if you have heaviness in your chest, you get tired easily and in view of your weight I would suggest you get examined and to rule out a cardiac cause.
Are you stressed lately? It could be stress related too.

However I would suggest you go to your physician and get yourself examined. In addition you will have to get the following investigations done.
1) ECG 2) Cardiac Biomarkers 3) Chest X-Ray 4) ECHO
Get yourself examined at the earliest. This will help rule out a cardiac cause

If the pain gets worse, you start sweating, get breathless, or feel the pain radiate to your jaw, neck, shoulders or arms get medical help IMMEDIATELY.

Hence I would say go get yourself examined, and if it is not a cardiac cause, you can continue taking Prilosec as mentioned earlier.

I hope this has helped. Feel free to followup.

Thankyou
