13 weeks pregnant sono showed no heartbeat .. Scheduled dnc for tomorrow .. Have to have laminaria tonight and don't think I can do it . I heard it's painful. Is this absolutely necessary ?? And baby been in belly for 2 weeks since no heart beat , no cramps no bleeding yet .. Can I be septic ? Can something make me sick now since in my body to long
