i am using medicines glycomet-850 morning after brek fast and night reconerve tabletes.major problem some times not use medicines.and suger leveles avrege fbg-120 and pbg-200plus.my age 39 yeres and height 5.3 and my cholesterol total cholesterol hdl ratio 7.9 and ldl/hdl ratio 5.3 so ples advise best medicine in dailly use

You have candidial balanoposthitis which is a yeast infection which is commonly seen in diabetics.
I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream twice a day mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for three weeks.
Also please make sure that sugar levels are in control.
