Thank you Doctor for Response. Please find below the answers for your queries.
1. No Rashes 2. No itching 3. No blisters/Pus/fluid. 4. Initially I used Hamam later I changed to Medimix. Inbetween days I've used Liquid Soap. 5. No Diabetes. 6. No Medication taken yet. I thought it will go in 2 or 3 days but it's still there.
It's like small dots (like dirt) in dark patches. Initially it started on below knees of my legs. But later I'm seeing it in my hands.

Hello.
Thank you for the additional information.
Please upload good quality pictures of the affected skin, as advised previously. Without seeing the skin problem, it is difficult to diagnose and give an opinion.
You can upload the pictures in the follow-up or email them to info@doctorspring.com.

Hi ...Can I send the pictures tomorrow? Shall I make a call now?

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

It seems to be Milia which is a keratinous cyst that is an accumulation of dead skin cells. It cannot be cured with an ointment but you need to get it needled out from your doctor.

It seemed to be milia in the pic. However, still the photo wasn't clear, it will be nice if you could send me clearer ones which are zoomed out.

Feel free to discuss further,
Regards
