Don't worry and nothing needs to done. Apply bactroban ointment on the torn area twice daily for 3 weeks and avoid intercourse for 3 weeks. Thhe tear shall heal by itself and nothing needs to be done.

Thank you. First time this happens. I went to the er at the hospital and the dr. sutured back the frenulum not too tight so it won't happen again. I was born with a tight frenulum. Thanks for your help. I will put ointment on it to speed healing. Thank you.

Most of patients do not require stitching. Since you have already been stitched up you shall not experience any trouble in future.
