Resolved question:
I have had a rash on my thigh and i have done a lot of reading and i think it might be HPV 2. however the rash has never itched once and i have had no other marks.

Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern. The pictures are a bit blurred. I could see some scaling. I couldn't see any fluid filled blisters and would hence rule out herpes of which I had a doubt.
This seems to be a patch of eczema and not hpv 2 as you asked.
I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week and see how it goes.
