Rashes with tiny worm like burrowed in skin. Treatment.

Hi Y name is Irish. I have a rash all over my body that looks like some kind. It seems that I found what looks like a tiny black worm burrowed in my skin in several spots. I'm an intravenous nious drug user but use clean needles every time. I had what looked like an infection under the skin where I shot up. Weny t to urgent care and am on clijdqmyacin. I found these worms burroed in and undernmynheart ttt. I can't gtnit out it keeps moving deepe r. I feel dizzy and I'm scored that this my kill me help plese
