I am from India and got symptoms o f Balanitis. Not sure how this has come to me as I don't go around. I tried various ointments such as Terrasil but not cured. It is almost since one year.
I used Diflucan but it worked just for 1 week only.
Please advise a one time treatment with an internal medicine.
The symptoms are as described in most cases
Reddish and pain in the head of penus, etching, white discharge under the skin.
Not able to retract foreskin.
Once the sperm is released symptoms are gone for some time till sperm is full.

You need to treat yourself well for recurrent balanitis. Non retraction of foreskin is one of the primary reasons for recurrent balanitis and till you get it corrected the problem shall keep on reoccurring. You need to see urologist and get it sorted with medications and if required surgery( dorsal slit or circumcision).
You should start yourself on t. Fluconazole 200 mg once daily for 5 days and locally apply clotrimazole cream twice daily for 3 weeks.
Get your blood sugar levels checked.

Thank you for the advise and I have consulted Urologist and he prescribed Dipropionate Ointment and it didn't work. The Urologist is local i.e. from US (Texas) who may not come across uncut related issues.
Probably, I visit again in NJ to consult on Dorsal slit as I have problem in downside of penus to retract the foreskin.
Regarding the medicines you advised "t. Fluconazole 200 mg once daily for 5 days" is not available in Walgreens or Walmart. Is it available by prescription only? And the search says to check spelling of the name.
If so, can I get your prescription by email so that I can buy the same if it is not over the counter.

Fluconazole is same as diflucan. You can take 150 mg instead of 200 mg.
Use of dipropionate is not going to help.
You need to use clotrimazole cream twice daily for 3 weeks. This is combination with Diflucan will help.
