Review my CBC REPORT with mild throat, neck pain.

Resolved question:
I have throat mild pain of left side of neck.Seems to be external pain. no fever, no cold. No internal pain in the throat. If i rub the left neck tightly then i feel pain in some area. Also i feel tightness in the nerves in that area.

Attached my CBC, ESR and USG of neck reports. could you please suggest me something. Also, in my CBC report two entries have more/less values than permissible limits. Could you please review my CBC report and let me know if it is fine.

I am worried about Lymphocytes % which should be max 40%.
Lymphocytes - 51.8%
Neutrophils - 38.2%

Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern
Can you please point out in a photograph where exactly you have the pain?
Also, we have not received any reports. Can you please try uploading them again?
Also would like to know the duration of pain/ when it was started? Is it associated with any swelling?
Please revert back with the answers.
Thanks

I have uploaded the reports again.Don't know why you didn't get it. I have this pain from last 6-7 days in the left side of neck. yes it started with a swelling but after 2 days swelling automatically went off. The pain is not that severe.
Could you please review my CBC report and let me know if it is fine.

Waiting for your response.

Hello,
I have reviewed your reports.
Your USG scan reveals there is no any abnormal swelling of thyroid/lymph node etc. in the neck which is a good sign.
There is an elevation in lymphocytes which denotes ongoing inflammation. This is a normal part of body defence to fight infections within lymph nodes. Neutrophils are on borderline, just ignore them. The pain should subside within a week or two as the infection is walled off by immune cells.
Also. would like to advice to have an examination of the oral cavity to find out the source of infection.
Hope it helps. Feel free to discuss further
Regards
