The patient has neutropenia ( reduced number of neutrophils) and anemia ( reduced Hb).probably as a side effect of chemotherapy.
Patient may require blood transfusions and treatment of infections with antibiotics depending on patient condition.
Please, take following precautions
1. avoid going in crowd whenever possible
2. take plenty of rest
3. patient should avoid contact with unwell patients
4. should drink plenty of drinks
5. high protein diet
6. avoid infections by thoroughly washing wounds, cuts, scratches, adequate oral hygiene
