This seems like an area where there was a minor injury followed by bruising. This does not look like allergy or any inflammatory reaction.
Did you get hurt in that spot in the recent past? Since when did you notice the spot? Has it been the same or gradually increasing in size?

Hello,
Thank you for the quick response. I cannot remember if i maybe bumped it or something recently- because I do agree it looks like a bruise. It just has be concerned because it does not hurt, and I thought a bruise would hurt. I am just worried it was an STI. It used to be lighter, and got a little dark- went from red to light brown. It has not gotten bigger.
