I fished taking Azithromycin on Friday-2/14 for a sinus infection. I'm also on Ortho tri cyclin lo. How long do I have to wait to have unprotected sex to not worry about getting pregnant? I've been on Orto tri cyclin lo for at least 5-7 years. Just want to make sure it's back to being effective again.
