Resolved question:
Engaged in risky sexual activity 4 days ago. Have experienced itchy genitals since then. Yesterday I noticed a swollen lymph node (and a smaller bump near it). Today I noticed that I have a rash / cut of some sort on the under side of my genital area. Please see attached images for further information. Please let me know my STI / STD risk. Thank you.

I can understand your concern.
This seems to be candidial intertrigo, which is a yeast infection caused more often due to conditions of heat and humidity.
It doesn't seem to be a std right now.
Application of clotrimazole cream twice a day would be helpful.
