Hello.
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
A sensitive glans can occur due to many different reasons of which the commonest case is an infection. It would be advisable to get a dermatology consultation for the presence of infection. If necessary a skin scraping can be taken and examined under a microscope to confirm the diagnosis. If not infection then penile neuropathy can lead to such pains. Such pains may respond to treatment with B12 supplementation or pregabaline. Other common cause could be psycogenic. It occurs when there is lot of anxiety about the sex. If so then initially sex may be tried using condoms and also masturbation may be attempted to reduce the sensitivity. Also if the glans becomes sensitive only after wearing condoms, then the possibility of sensitivity to latex should also be considered.
So the first step should be to get a face -to-face dermatology consultation and get yourself checked for skin infection which is by far the commonest cause for a sensitive glans.
Hope this helps
If you have any further query, do let me know and I would be glad to help you with it.
Kind regards

Hello.
First let me answer the second question. You may get your Testosterone level checked once as deficiency of Testosterone can lead to a small sized penis and correction of deficinecy can increase the size of the penis. Otherwise it is not possible to increase the size of the penis except by surgery. However, you should be happy to know that it requires only 2 and half inch size of penis to have successful sex. So you should't worry.
Regarding the cure for the sensitive glans, it is curable and for that the cause needs to be evaluated. So please follow the suggestions I have mentioned before.

And you can visit any good Urologist in Bangalore. They will definitely be able to help you out.

Thanks and regards, Dr. Srikanth Reddy MD.

Hello
Thanks for the follow up query.
You first need to visit a dermatologist. Urologist may not be of help to you. If everything is fine then you need to visit a psychiatrist who also work as sexologist.
As of now you may visit a dermatologist. I belong to indore so i may not be able to help you with the name of the dermatologist but you may visit any big corporate hospital around your area as every corporate hospitak will have a senior dermatologist attached to it.
Hope this helps
