SINUS TACHYCARDIA on INDERAL. Can I workout?

Resolved question:
I have been recently prescribed Inderal for my sinus tachycardia. 10mg tablets twice daily.

I plan to begin working out in the gym, focusing primaraliy on Cardio and Aerobic excersize. Is there anything I need to know when exercising and taking Inderal? Will I have trouble raising my heart rate? How slow should I start? Before my fitness issues I use to be able to do 15 minutes sprints. I'm well aware that I can't do that right now, but I wish to make that my goal again.

Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Going through all your previous consults, i see that you developed sinus tachycardia, and the cause was found to be anxiety. And that your ECG is normal.
Before you resume your cardio, i will advise you to get a 2D ECHO done and also a treadmill stress test. The Inderal therapy is not lifelong, and once such episodes disappear, you need to wean off the drug slowly. Though your heart looks fine, but 2D ECHO and the stres test will give a more conclusive picture. If you have the echo report kindly share.
Based on that we can decide your workout schedule.
Regards.
