Sore bump on vagina without pain. STD?

Resolved question:
On 06/30/15 I had a blood test done for all STD's and everything came back negative. I went to get tested bc I had a vaginal lesion (just 1) at the top of my vagina lip. I noticed this bump/sore around 06/27/15. I also went to my gyno on 06/31/15 and my lesion was swabbed for HSV 1&2 and came back negative. The blood test that was negative included type specific HSV1&2 IgG tests. My lesion soon disappeared around 07/07. Then on 07/18 on the other side of my vagina lip, I noticed multiple lesions that sort of resembled the one I had before. They started out as little bumps, then soon looked like pimples with a sort of white head. On day 3 (yesterday) it looks like fluid had some out and scabbed over. I went back to the gyno today (day 4) and he did another swab test. He said he doesn't think I have herpes, but doesn't know for sure. I have only been with one person since October of 2014 and we have had sex many times a week since then. My doctor suggests I may have Behcet's Syndrome. I am more worried about if I have genital herpes or not. My lesions do not itch or burning and I do not have painful urination. My lesions don't hurt much either. I can feel them there but they are not painful. Please give me your opinion.

I can understand your concern.

From your history, it sounds like genital herpes from the way they look. But absence of pain or burning suggests that we may be dealing with something else. The tests being negative also may go against herpes.

Rarely, in spite of no symptoms and negative tests it could still be herpes. I would recommend seeing a picture of the lesion and then giving my opinion as to what it is.

Awaiting your reply.

Thanks
