Spreading small white blisters on arm. Treatment?

Resolved question:
Hi, I have been noticing small white blister scattered on my arm. At first it was clustered on the shoulder and it is beginning to spread on the lower arm. It is small and barely noticeable I was worried if it can be herpes.

Thank.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Its not herpes. It seems to be a polymorphous light eruption, as you said its barely visible. Its due to allergy to the sunlight.

Another possible diagnosis could be ringworm as I could see ring shaped rashes beginning to form.

Is it very itchy?

I would recommend application of cortisone cream twice a day for a week and sunscreen once every 4 hours. In case it doesn't improve within a couple of days it would be best to see a dermatologist who can examine you in person.

Please let me know if you have any queries. Take care

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have another question. A part of my skin on my shoulder is becoming really yellow and hurting a bit. What do you think it is?
Also, I'm having a lot of back and shoulder acne. What cream or pill should I use and take? Thanks.
