Stomach pain with weight loss, nausea. GASTRITIS?

Resolved question:
Hi, I've been having stomach pains with wait loss. Feel nausea but no loose stools. Had it 4 years ago and lost 7 kg but by itself put on weight again last year. Now again it's started but don't know what it is and how to cure it. 4 years ago had an endoscopy said it was mild gastritis. When I eat watermelon I feel a bit relief. Chocolate or salami make it worse. Don't drink or smoke. Making me loose weight and week and dizzy. Is it gastritis, some bacteria, histamine intolerances,  what else and how to cure?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at Doctorspring.com
As per your description, it looks like haemorrhoids.
You should take high fiber diet, plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Your stool should be soft.
You should consult your doctor and get examined clinically by Per rectal examination. Any solid mass inside should be excluded.
If it is simple haemorrhoids and there is no response to dietary measures, you should proceed with surgery.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
