Dear doctor, I have got millions of small stalks spread all over my inner and outer portion of the vagina. They have also spread around the anal region as well. They are in clusters. They pain a lot during urination or any other urination. They resemble the pictures of genital warts. Am I infected with it? They pain tremendously during passing urine or stool. It has also become difficult now to walk. Please suggest some remedy.

Thanks for your question. It seems from the pictures of genital warts that you send, that you have got infected with highly contagious infection called genital warts. It is mainly caused by HPV, human pappiloma virus. It is transferred by direct skin to skin contact with the infected person. The medium can be oral, anal or vaginal sex.
