Resolved question:
Does this look like something serious? I have it on both cheeks close to my teeth, so I'm guessing it is trauma from biting it or something while sleeping?

First of all let me know if there are any symptoms like burning or pain in these areas.
If there isnt any symptoms, then there's nothing to worry about.
It is probably just Cheek bite, or Linea Alba, we call it.
Ignore it until symptoms arise.
