Resolved question:
I have these what looks like minor inflammation on my head of my genital. I thought it was fungus caused from me being int he sauna at the gym for extended period of time, so I applied anti-fungal cream for the last two weeks but it still hasn't cleared up. I am not sexually active.

You are suffering from sleep and oral appliance stuck in your oral caviy. Could you please send a picture(s) of your oral cavity, it can be removed by local Dental surgeon. Later you can change to CPAP.

Please go to your nearby dentist and he will do the needful.
If its stuck then only a qualified dental doctor, will be able to cut through it or forcibly pull it out.
Till then if u have pain take a painkiller tablet such as Diclofenac.
