Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

These elevated skin colored lesions are of molluscum contagiosum. MC is a viral infection that tends to spread if not treated ie the size and number of lesion might increase. Molluscum in genital area is sexually transmitted.
It responds well to treatment. Usually we advise the patient to get it cauterised or get cryotherapy done over lesions. Topically one can use imiquimod cream to help lesions resolve. As its a prescription based medicine, so please meet a doctor nearby. One should also be investigated for other sexually transmitted infections as these may coexist. In my country we usually get ELISA for HIV , Hbsag for hepatitis b and vdrl for syphilis done in all patients of sexually transmitted ds.
Hope this helped.

Dear Doctor,
i am sending some more photos of when penis is erect as these lesions are more visible. They do not seem to have increased in number and the ones visible under my penis head have always been there. From what you can see you think they are ealing stage or not? Also can i ask you if I can masturbate with these or not as I cannot resist not being able to for many days. Also in case i go to see a dermatologist and I have to show the lesions when my penis is erect as they are more visible what is the normal procedure as I am a bit shy. Is it ok if i show something like this to a female doctor also as I prefer than a male doctor as dont feel as much at ease.

thanks
Regards

Hi,
I have seen the pics attached. As mentioned earlier, these are lesions of molluscum. Whether you consult a male or female doctor, thats totally your choice and lesions are clearly visible even if your genitalia is not erect. As far as self stimulation is concerned, you should get the lesions treated first as too much of friction or any trivial trauma may increase the number of lesions as is seen in most viral infections.
Hope this helped. Please feel free to discuss further.
